The Company:

Founded in 2010 by experienced health care and telecommunication professionals, Freedom Telecare has developed innovative yet simple solutions that enable small businesses to manage their mobile workforce, track employee time and locations and save time and money.

Reliability:

Because our systems carry time sensitive information, our clients count on us to be extremely reliable. Our system architecture is designed in a modular and parallel fashion that provides fault tolerance and redundancy so that if any one point in the system fails, there are standby parallel components available as backups.

Privacy:

Employee Location (LBS) Privacy

Timesheet Mobile protects employee privacy and does not track employee’s location. Only when an employee punches in or out, location coordinate data is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology into password protected databases.  Our geofencing Punch Prompt technology only alerts employee and managers if an employee enters or exits a geofenced work area.  It does not provide location information.
This information is retained for one year and is accessible only by employers for timekeeping and attendance purposes.

At any time, employees may authorize or cancel their employer’s ability to obtain their location coordinates by calling 617-475-3177 for IVR users or by disabling location in their smartphone settings.

 

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you place an order. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.

 

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To process transactions:
    Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.
  • To send periodic emails

Customers will not be subscribed to a mailing list.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information or your company data. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
